As I sat at the table this morning going over receipts and checking them into the books, I noticed we had 3 charges for the same item on one of our charges. So, I called the store to question the error, the person on the other end of the phone asked me if there were some initials in front of one of the charges, "yes, yes, there is, I replied" That means they deducted the overcharged item, so very pleased, I thanked her, however, before I hung up, I hear the lady say; "Why would they call me for that?" click...
Well excuse me!
At lunchtime, I had just warmed up a left over chicken chimmichanga when I heard the trash truck roar down the road. Since they had to turn around at the end of the road, I hustled out the door dragging the trash can as I raced to the bottom of the driveway, walk in the backdoor to see our 14 year old cat eating my lunch and the trash truck roaring past without stopping.
I gave up a good lunch for the trash man!
Should have stayed in bed............
